IT PAYS TO TALK TO A SPECIALIST

Group Technical Services

Delkor’s believes that our clients will gain improved return on investment by talking to specialists in any given field. For Delkor to deliver on its byline “it pays to talk to a specialist“, we ensure that each region boasts a specialist in a range of products who act as the liaison between our clients, their Region and the Centres of Excellence (CoEx). In turn, the CoEx acts as hubs to collate and disseminate our worldwide knowledge.

These representatives are tasked to initiate and contribute to new developments and R&D projects, as well as to identify how to improve our Global Supply Chain capabilities. They also act as the focal point through which Delkor know-how is consolidated in the region and also disseminated around the group.

This system allows Delkor to ensure effective knowledge transfer from our global organisation through to our regional specialist and the local client base.
