Delkor’s Thickener Centre of Excellence seminar was held in Perth, Australia last year from the 1st – 5th November 2010. Delkor personnel from Australia, South Africa, India, Chile, China and Canada attended the annual seminar.

Delkor Australia has supplied one 122 m2 Delkor belt filter in a contract from Stratford Coal for its recent “Coal Handling and Preparation Plant” upgrade near Gloucester, New South Wales Australia. The contract was awarded in September 2010, with commissioning completed in June 2011.
Circular cells reduce the amount of dead volume when compared to square cells. This enables a much higher effective pulp volume, hence increasing the effective energy input into the flotation cell.
