The Italian company of Technit Group further expands its footprint in the aerospace and automotive markets
Bateman Delkor, an industry specialist in solid / liquid separation and mineral processing applications, is changing its brand identity to Tenova Delkor. Serving its global client base for over 35 years, Bateman Delkor was acquired in April 2012 by Italian company Tenova SpA., thereby becoming part of Tenova Mining & Minerals.
Tenova Mining & Minerals USA hosted the first North American client Symposium in Denver, USA on 18 January 2013. The theme of this inaugural event was; Ground Breaking Developments & Technological Highlights in Ore Mining, Bulk Materials Handling & Processing.

Italian Engineering group Tenova’s acquisition of South African mining engineering house Bateman Engineering is already proving successful, with Tenova Mining & Minerals winning several contracts locally and abroad.
In order to join Tenova he has left the role of Managing Director Tenaris Canada’s, the leading supplier of tubes and related services for the world’s energy industry of the Techint Group which today includes 1,500 employees, a position he has held since 2006. Alberto Iperti succeeds Gianluigi Nova who will continue his collaboration in the Tenova Board.
