Serving its global client base for over 35 years, Bateman Delkor was acquired in April 2012 by Italian company Tenova SpA., thereby becoming part of Tenova Mining & Minerals.

The Italian company of Technit Group further expands its footprint in the aerospace and automotive markets
Tenova Mining & Minerals USA hosted the first North American client Symposium in Denver, USA on 18 January 2013. The theme of this inaugural event was; Ground Breaking Developments & Technological Highlights in Ore Mining, Bulk Materials Handling & Processing.
Within six months of its establishment, including the acquisition of the Bateman Engineering Group of companies, Tenova Mining & Minerals has enhanced its global footprint by strengthening its presence in the USA to offer its full range of engineering services, technology and products and equipment in the USA. Tenova Mining & Minerals Inc. operates from Denver, Colorado through Tenova Bateman USA and Tenova TAKRAF USA.
In order to join Tenova he has left the role of Managing Director Tenaris Canada’s, the leading supplier of tubes and related services for the world’s energy industry of the Techint Group which today includes 1,500 employees, a position he has held since 2006. Alberto Iperti succeeds Gianluigi Nova who will continue his collaboration in the Tenova Board.
